Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp. cumin or coriander
  • 1 head cauliflower, sliced
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Whisk together the mayo and spices. On a lined rimmed baking pan, toss with the cauliflower. Spread the cauliflower into a single layer.
  3. Roast until browned and tender, about 25–30 minutes. Season with the salt.
